New River PAT/MIHOW

New River Parents as Teachers (PAT)/Maternal Infant Health Outreach Worker (MIHOW) is a free program offered through New River Health Association to help parents recognize their value as their child’s first and most important teacher. Parents and caregivers are essential for a child’s success in kindergarten and beyond!

If you are pregnant or have a child under six years of age and you reside in Fayette or Raleigh County, please use the contact information below to enroll.
