The UKV Starting Points Center located in Sharon Dawes Elementary and the Chesapeake City Hall provides direct services, information and resources to families with young children. The center offers free and voluntary family friendly services and operates in cooperation with Family Resource Networks and local agencies. The center and programs are grant funded through DHHR Bureau for Family Assistance. Anyone with a child from the prenatal stage of life to eighteen years of age qualifies to participate in the following programs regardless of income. For more information call us at (304)993-6919.
